We are looking for someone who will work within our Product Assurance Centre of Excellence.  Acting as a Business Analyst, you will help to build and sustain industry leading data led products assurance models which has harnessed the power of data & analytics to provide automated assurance testing over AIB’s product set. 

 

What you will be doing:

 

  • Work collaboratively with the key stakeholders across the Bank to build, support and sustain a robust data-led product assurance framework to ensure our products are operating as expected by our customers.  (Training will be provided on the framework).
  • Apply Business Analysis skillsets to translate customer outcomes into process maps, risk & control matrices, product rule-set requirements & dashboard data requirements to be created by the product data solutions team. 
  • Conduct testing of product ruleset & dashboards
  • Prepare and present high quality communications to stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships to support sustainment of existing models and rules sets as regulatory obligations evolve and product terms and conditions are updated. 
  • Experience in leading an investigation, analysis and documentation of all or part of a business in terms of process and procedures, Legal, Regulation and Technical business functions and processes and the information they use. 
  • Strong verbal and business writing skills.  Knows how to facilitate workshops where the “status quo” is challenged through the use of negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrates a strong appreciation of AIB Product sets,  the enablement and capability of IT Systems and has demonstrated competency with Data/quantitative analysis;
  • Strong  Excel skills, Visio / Blue works essential with exposure to SQL desirable;
  • Qualifications in Business Analysis, change or risk methodologies preferred.
