Associate Business Development Representative - German (Inbound Success Coach)

Inbound Success Coaches play a crucial role in our sales process because they are at the beginning of an interaction between HubSpot and our potential customers - not just across Germany, but internationally. You have the important task of guaranteeing an immediate and first-class exchange. By working with our ISC teams, we want to show potential customers how they can use HubSpot to drive their own growth and create a great customer experience.

This role is ideal for anyone starting their career in professional sales, getting to know a number of international companies and working in a high-performing, fast-paced environment. In the course of their work as ISC at HubSpot, the coaches acquire the necessary product knowledge and sales skills that will enable them to take on an advisory role as sales experts. Internal mobility is an important factor for the growth of our workforce at HubSpot. That is why we support our ISCs in their development to become Business Development Representatives and Account Executives in the HubSpot sales team.

That falls into the daily area of ​​responsibility:

Inbound sales

  • Manage a high volume of sales inquiries and / or proactively engage with potential customers
  • Qualify potential customers for the HubSpot sales process
  • Plan appointments with the appropriate account executives in the sales team

Inbound services

  • Manage a high volume of customer and user inquiries about the HubSpot software
  • Identify and provide best practices and resources for customer and user support
  • Work closely with colleagues to improve the user experience for employees and customers
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Strong desire for a career in sales and willingness to build it up with ongoing commitment (former ISCs become Business Development Representatives and Account Executives at HubSpot.)
  • Problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
