Your role
- Predictive Modelling: A key requirement for this role is expertise and a proven track record in building predictive models / algorithms. These models will help determine the impact on revenue, NPS and customer experience of investments or changes in product or services (background in statistics / data science / economics is essential)
- Quantitative Research Project Management: day to day management of key quantitative research projects e.g. customer voice programme, brand & ad tracking studies, loyalty programme tracker
- Key skills include survey design, sampling, fieldwork management, data analysis and reporting
- Data Quality: Ensuring the validity and integrity of data used by the Insights team at all times
- Data Integration:
- Ability to integrate multiple data sources into single source to support reporting and analysis
- Analysing large, noisy datasets and identify meaningful patterns that provide actionable business results
- Work in an iterative process (test and learn) and validate findings with business stakeholders
- Assist the business with better understanding of customer segments
- Data visualization: Present findings of research and analysis in a clear, easy to consume manner
- Reporting:
- Development of report / dashboard suite to monitor the customer journey on a weekly or monthly basis
- Be accountable for identifying and measuring benefits to the business including financial impacts to multi-criteria approaches
Your qualifications and key criteria
To be considered for the role of Data Analyst/Quantitative Researcher, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Degree / MSc in Statistics, Mathematics or other related field
- 5+ years proven success in analytics/quantitative research role – agency and/or client side
- Demonstrable commercial experience in the application of statistical modelling
- Working experience in one or more languages an advantage (e.g. R / Python / SQL)
- Strong understanding and end-to-end experience with all aspects of quantitative research e.g survey design, sampling, fieldwork, analysis and report writing
- Experience delivering visualisations through Tableau
- Great communication skills with the ability to convey work to a non technical audience
- Excellent English language communication, presentation, interpersonal skills.
- Fully literate in MS skills including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Proven history of having worked across cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English, both written and spoke
- Eligible to live and work in the EU
- Hold a current unrestricted worldwide passport
- Provide 2 verifiable references
- Able to pass a strict airport security vetting procedure which includes a 5 year background check* (or be in possession of a current airside pass for the airport this position is based in)
