And many more…..
Our Graduate Training and Development programme has been designed to help you develop the behaviours that will accelerate your growth throughout the programme and beyond. We offer mobility across different areas and different roles in Data & Analytics, providing you with plenty of opportunities to expand your experience, your knowledge and build your network across the organisation.
We’ll encourage you to join and engage with our Employee Resource Groups, under our iMatter programme. These are self-formed groups of employee volunteers who come together because they are interested in a particular topic, usually related to diversity and inclusion. These groups such as Pride Matters, Roots Matters and Ability Matters and Women Matters are fully supported by AIB. They create a social outlet, provide support, raise awareness, lobby for change and drive improvements on employment practices.
