This is an exciting Agile Business Analyst role ! You will be someone who has experience with Agile and or Lean but not a purest !

Ideally you will have re-designed processes experience as you will be working on their Transformation Project ! As a business, they are using market leading tools for digital mapping, interactive mapping and process analysis tools (these replace their use of Visio). They have an excellent training programme for you to get fully up to speed on how best to use this tool, training like how to automate a process, how to build a workflow and you can even get certified in it !

This is an internal role - if you have exposure to working with 3rd parties involved in a business transformation project this would be ideal. They are using state of the art systems by 3rd party providers to help them automate their business departments. You will be given great training in these and can become a certified user should you desire ! Their goal is to bring the development of this solution in-house, so you will be working with Solutions Analysts, drafting functional specifications for requirements that need to be built.

This is a busy, fast moving environment. You will need to take ownership of the delivery of these projects, making things are done, while building great relationships within the business. The great news for you is that this business have massive expansion plans for the next 5 years and beyond. They have a start up mindset , so think of this as a greenfield project with loads of opportunity for your personal career development. They have also received significant funding as part of a 2 year programme to develop all their staff , so you can get training and earn qualifications for example Lean Agile Green Belt Programme.

What will you be doing in this role ? 30% Business Analysis, 20% Solution Design, 20% Lean Process Analysis and 20% Process and Data Mapping

4+ years experience working as a Business Analyst

2+ years working in an Agile environment

Ideally re-design process improvement / transformation project experience

You must have a background using some of the following - Visio, Slack , Jira, Googlechat, Microsoft PM - or similar tools to record what actions are being agreed upon and how to interact with these
