Description

  • Building, maintaining and optimizing click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR), universal app campaign(UAC) machine learning models
  • Building, maintaining and optimizing user persona and user tags
  • Working closely with HQ team to optimize the performance of advertising recommender system
  • PhD degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, and Bioinformatics).
  • 3-5 years of working experience in applying advanced Artificial Intelligence techniques to real world and large scale problems; Solid foundation in Machine Learning, with a deep understanding of the underlying algorithms, theories, and mathematical principles.
  • Experience and knowledge of implementation and configuration of distributed systems in the larger Hadoop ecosystem (both open-source and proprietary stacks that leverage these tools).
  • Strong programming skills in Python (or C++, Java), with applied experience in Deep Learning frameworks such as Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
  • Work experience in Online Advertising, Search Engine, or Recommender Systems is a must.
  • Publication track records at top tier ML/AI/Computing conferences or journals.
