As a member of project teams, you’ll play a key role in the end-to-end implementation of Workday’s Time Tracking and Absence Management products, across a varied portfolio of customers. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to the customer, either leading or supporting the implementation of Time Tracking and Absence Management functional streams, on any given implementation project.

 

  • 4 years Consulting experience, either as an Internal Consultant or with a Consulting/Software Company
  • 4 years experience working with, or Implementing a Tier 1 business software application such as: Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, NetSuite, Anaplan, or similar applications
  • Ability to travel if the project assignment requires it (under typical circumstances) of up to 50%
  • Relevant educational qualifications and/or experience implementing or supporting Time Tracking and Absence Management solutions..
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering skills
  • A detailed-driven problem solver, with a passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service
  • A strong presenter with excellent verbal and written Communication skills
  • Ability and desire to learn technology quickly through a mix of different mediums
  • Critical approach to challenges; readiness to be a guide and an advisor to Business
  • Dedicated and independent, you’ll be comfortable working remotely, utilizing a variety of tools with a high degree of autonomy
