Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years industry experience (relevant experience will also be considered if other requirements are met)
- BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial, etc), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science (CS) or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A portfolio demonstrating a deep appreciation for simple, sleek, usable interfaces
Other Qualifications:
- Fluency in user experience fundamentals: research, wireframes, mockups, prototyping, usability testing
- Proficiency with Figma or other modern design & prototyping tools
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with product managers and developers about the product vision
- You have a desire to internalise customer experiences and improve those experiences through meaningful design
- A collaborative nature with strong communication skills, sincerity, and a desire to bring order to complex design challenges
