Job Responsibilities
- Embedding yourself in a product team with engineers, product managers, behavioral scientists and data scientists, you will own the user experience of a product from concept to pilot stage – and then share learnings to inform future product development.
- Mixing your visual, UX, and interaction design skills to design prototypes and valuable products for our users
- Performing user research, user testing and interviews to identify user needs and evaluate product concepts
- Understanding business needs and connecting them with design decisions that can be articulated in individual or group settings
- Facilitating design thinking workshops to enable collaboration and idea generation across business stakeholders
- Collaborating with business sponsors and UX teams across Europe, USA and Australia
- Fostering a culture of design thinking
Experience Required
- Flexible and productive in the face of ambiguity and change during a project
- Ability to produce rapid prototypes
- Previous experience in performing user research
- Previous experience in facilitating workshops
- Comfortable working across multiple projects at once
- Proactive collaborator and communicator, experienced in working within highly cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of graphic design standards, current design trends, and techniques for web, mobile, or other software products.
- Mastery of Sketch, Figma, InVision and/or other design tools
- Proven track record of self-direction and follow-through
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent
