Our client are looking for a talented User Experience Designer to join their growing team. This position can be performed on a fully remote basis.
Job Responsibilities
- Work alongside the product management team, developers and other colleagues to design, build and continually improve the design processes and principles.
- Create and design interactive prototypes, using XD, Figma, Invision etc. or in the browser with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Work to refine, develop and design system and pattern library.
- Work with the full team to generate accessible and user-friendly interfaces.
- Help make complex systems more understandable to end users
- Understand the technical limitations within your designs and work closely with the wider team to solve any complex problems.
- Presentation of work and design to various stakeholders.
- be involved in ongoing user engagement and testing to make sure products are always aligned with the users and their needs
- Work to create and develop a vision for the future of products and always be forward-thinking
Experience Required
- Ideally looking for 3-5 years experience in a UX/UI design role
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail is important
- Have creative ideas
- Be solutions focused
- Must have good energy, enthusiasm and passion for delivering quality products and solutions
- Be a great team player who works across the business
