We're looking for a passionate and talented UX Designer who has the skills and experience to make a real impact as a key contributor to our business and industry— the ever-evolving cyber security, forensics, and intelligence space. A Product Designer is an individual who enjoys all phases of the design process, from user research and problem definition, to wireframing, layout, visual design, and prototyping. This role analyzes, creates, and communicates compelling digital experiences and strategies as part of an influential team whose activities have a material effect on our business and our customer’s outcomes. This person has a deep understanding of interaction design, considers both the user and technology, can improve usability, accessibility, and can increase the business impact of the product.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to transform ideas into elegant, engaging, and intuitive user interfaces for security-related systems. They are hands-on and detail-oriented, with the ability to research, design, prototype, and advise on the implementation of user interfaces that support a variety of complex data-driven workflows. This role requires the designer to articulate and defend design decisions to development teams and key stakeholders. This designer will also contribute to the best-in-class visual standards for the company. They must have exceptional written, verbal, and visual design communication skills and be able to drive a user experience, visual design, and information architecture from concept to a finished product. They also possess the ability to train, mentor, and develop these skills in other designers of varying experience and skill levels.
