Candidate will be encouraged to plan, design and review test specifications, while helping to ensure full automation coverage based on functional specifications. Individuals will be a primary contributor to the test effort for Workday Enterprise Business Services offerings, being a quality advocate while working in a development team.
- Develop test plans and test ware for capabilities of Workday’s Financial functionality.
- Deliver high quality software products within a full development lifecycle.
- Assist in determining test methodology and test data setup.
- Build regression, acceptance and automation test scenarios for features in development.
- Provide regular status against test plans.
- Diagnose problems to report bugs and improvements to development.
- Regular discussions with product management and developers on feature design and functionality.
- Collaborate with development on timely, quality focused feature delivery including the automation of features, so as to provide optimum regression coverage.
- Be the customer advocate!
- 5+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance or equivalent experience, including business analysis exposure.
- Do you hold experience in UI testing? including:-
- Cross-Browser testing
- Responsive testing
- Accessibility testing
- Localisation testing
- Mobile testing
- Clear and effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic and confident individual with ability to work with various different teams.
- Must be a great teammate, while being self sufficient.
- Passion for troubleshooting and problem solving.
