Key Responsibilities
- General IT Support duties
- MAC book Imaging and MAC expertise.
- Asset management of Mac Books / Laptops / Peripherals
- You must be willing to get stuck in and help in all areas - Assets, Facilities, On-boarding new employees, WiFi/Server issues, badging etc
- Software updates and MAC OS installations.
- Server room maintenance
- Asset Logging and tracking in SNOW (Service Now)
- Point of contact for all help desk issues in SNOW (Service Now)
- Monitoring of internet circuits and rack components.
- iPhone set up with all new associates
- Arranging returns / repairs to Apple
Additional Responsibilities
- Ordering new Phone Handsets
- Ordering Peripheral devices , Mouse / Keyboards / Monitors etc.
- Issuing of temporary Access Badges.
- Assisting with new employee on-boarding
Requirements
- Needs 3+ years' experience
- The person must have good drive and wants to develop in the role as this can potentially lead to promotion.
- Ideally Apple MAC book Imaging and Mac OS capabilities but again training will be given
- Server maintenance experience
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willing to learn and take on ad-hoc tasks as needed.
