My Dublin based client is currently on the search for a Technical Project Mangers to join their team for a 12 month daily rate contract. The ideal candidate will come from a solid technical background
Job Responsibilities
- Working on large complex projects and engaging your team to ensure that this is delivered throughout the full lifecycle
- Being the main lead on the design, development and delivery of complex systems implementations.
- Working closely with stakeholders and maintain a strong relationship and insuring strong customer focus.
- Working on both sides closely with the people from the business and technical backgrounds and making sure that they collaborate correctly for the projects to be a success.
- Strong background in planning sprints, and delivering technical programs in agile delivery models (scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Help mentor colleagues and team members at different levels of experience and with different skill sets.
- Demonstrated history of working on programs to characterize and assemble cloud-native software products
Experience Required
- 7 years’ experience working in a project/ programme manager.
- Experience managing design activities and experience of successfully delivering projects at a very high level.
- Experience of SDLC and agile project management
- Strong vendor / stakeholder experience
Essential and Desirable Skills
- Experience from a technology / software background
- Experience working with Cloud platforms
- Previous experience in Payments, IaaS, microservices APIs is highly desirable
Educational Requirements
- Third level degree in engineering, computer science or related field.
- A Project management certification
