What you’ll do as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:
Act as a partner to stakeholders by developing sourcing/recruiting strategies to recruit talent in highly competitive markets.
Leverage all sourcing and candidate development aspects, including the job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events.
Project manage all components involved in the full-cycle recruiting process through close collaboration with the business and Recruitment Marketing team.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers on all matters of hiring strategy, organizational development, and offer negotiations.
Ensure an impressive candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and interviewer preparedness.
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least five years of business recruiting experience (finance, HR, legal, etc.), with established success in corporate recruiting.
- Strong experience working with applicant tracking systems, Workday preferred.
- Ideally, you have experience recruiting in both an agency and in a fast-paced corporate environment with a high growth rate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment; must be a self-starter able to work well under pressure.
- Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience with hypothesis-driven learning and turning data into actionable insights.
