Role Overview
Rapid7 is seeking talented software engineering students to join our R&D team in Galway. The R&D team is responsible for designing and developing the Insight platform network sensor. This software analyses network traffic to give Rapid7 customers a unique level of visibility including user activity, file and database monitoring, security, intrusion detection, bandwidth usage, and Internet access.
From day one you will work closely with engineers across a number of disciplines and in other locations across the globe. You may be working on a number of projects at the same time, or just one. Our projects range from quick developments where tight timescales apply (a few weeks) to full scale developments (up to 1 year).
