We engage with customers and partners of all sizes and industries to provide technical support for usage of the Workday Adaptive Planning Product Suite. The suite includes financial, sales, and workforce planning capabilities, data visualizations and reporting, data integrations (ETL tools and APIs), and more.
Our team is comprised of support analysts and engineers with a diverse mix of backgrounds and experiences. While we are currently hiring for a position in the Austin, TX office, we have workmates across the US, the UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. About the Role
As part of the Global Customer Support team, your key duties will include providing technical application support. This is a role will require you to dig in and come up with solutions to a variety of operational critical issues - it's about passion, innovation, and excellence in a fast-paced and dynamic organization. Occasional holiday shift coverage is required and after hours/weekend shifts. Candidates should be local to the Austin, TX area or be able to self-relocate.
