SharePoint Administrator

Our Client is currently looking for a SharePoint Administrator for a contract role based in the Dublin City Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of the roadmap to migrate to Office 365 SharePoint Online.
  • Delivery of Records Management functionality & utilization.
  • Ensure the integrity of the SharePoint deployment and its high availability infrastructure which provides maximum performance for users.
  • Delivery of a roadmap for Template and App deployments.
  • Provide detailed system documentation for existing and new systems
  • Implement best practices for exception handling, logging, troubleshooting, and issue escalation
  • Administration & management of client’s SharePoint Intranet
  • Heighten the awareness of the SharePoint platform within the organisation.
  • Confident communication and attention to detail, when investigating issues and providing remedies, as issues arise.
  • 3 years’ experience as a SharePoint administrator
  • Experience in Implementation, maintenance, support and design of SharePoint environments.
  • Experience in making enhancements to SharePoint sites.
  • Experience with SharePoint 2016 and Office 365 SharePoint Online.
  • Experience in Issue identification & resolution.
