Service Delivery Manager

Morgan McKinley is looking for a Service Delivery Manager with a background in managing a multilingual team.

This is a fast paced role where the successful candidate will be responsible for overall Manage a team of Team Managers.

The Job Description

  • Manage a team of Team Managers, Team Leads, Pod Leads and associates working on a digital operations program
  • Act as POC to both Internal Leads and client PGM's for a number of workflows at a site level
  • Responsible for the operational delivery of all KPI's and Client OKRs
  • Work closely as part of a Global team to manage the day to day performance on your site through best practice sharing and collaboration
  • Own Capacity planning at a workflow level
  • Strong people management skills
  • Conduct regular coaching, feedback and mentoring with your direct reports
  • Contribute and participate in WBR, MBR & QBR's with the client
  • Manage Staffing, Attendance & Attrition levels
  • Manage client escalations at a site level
  • Develop strong working relationships with support dept's for Cap Planning, Trolicy, Tools, BA's, MIS, PEX
  • Work within the Quality Management framework to own and drive quality results
  • Be prepared to work in an Agile and rapidly changing environment
  • Contribute to the sites P&L through management of costs and ensuring revenue opportunities are maximized
