Senior Product Manager

What is the opportunity?

In this role, you will report to the VP of Product and lead many elements of the product life cycle and as is common in fast-growing companies, and product management overall. You will be a key member of the team to ensure we choose the right priorities and delight our customers by delivering meaningful product experiences for our customers and users.

As a Senior Product Manager at Keelvar, you will play a leading role in setting the path of ongoing enhancement of our industry-leading software solution. Keelvar, a fast-growing and award-winning provider of modern e-sourcing optimization and automation software for global procurement teams. We set the standard for usability in sourcing software and we are ambitious in our pursuit of excellent user experience in our existing products and future developments.

Day-to-Day, You Will:

• Define our product release roadmap, based on Keelvar’s product vision and requirements gathered from customer feedback, market assessments and internal teams needs.
• Manage and coordinate the feedback loop between product, sales and customer success teams so as to ensure we’re scaling growth while delighting customers.
• Research the competitive landscape so as to correctly position Keelvar for future growth and success.
• Talk with customers to understand their needs and present Keelvar’s product direction.
• Instil the use of product frameworks and good processes as a means of communicating priorities and generating meaningful outcomes.
• Foster collaborative, cross-functional relationships between Product and other departments to ensure consensus around outcome prioritization and resource allocation.
• Assist the development teams in writing technical and functional user stories.
• Ensure that Keelvar continues to prioritize innovation and experimentation.
• Bring a mix of qualitative and quantitative mindsets to frame product opportunities to ensure we’re building towards meaningful outcomes.
• Define and monitor analytics success metrics for our product offerings.
• Have a keen appreciation for the business value of great design.

What about location? 🇮🇪

• Ideally, the role is based in Cork, Ireland, which is our first and largest office. Most of our product teams and leaders are located here, so you'll be able to collaborate with them closely.
• We’re open to hiring remotely if the perfect candidate is not in Cork.

• Extensive experience in B2B Product Management.
• Proven track record in SaaS environments where either data science or workflow automation are core elements of the offering.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Value consensus building while also confident enough to make independent decisions.
• Experience working with large enterprise customers.
• Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals.
• Confident presenting to teams and executive stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail-oriented.
• Demonstrable passion for solving real-world market problems.
• Ability to mix both creative and analytical thinking to achieve the best results.
• Outcome and results-focused.
• Background in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Data Science is a plus.
