Senior Product Manager - People Analytics

As a Senior Product Manager on the People Analytics team you will be:

Owning and driving the roadmap for a subset of the delivered content in People Analytics and partnering with other PMs focused on content to ensure we have a cohesive roadmap across the content delivered in People Analytics

  • Writing use cases and requirements 
  • Working with UX counterparts on research and design initiatives
  • Leveraging your expertise on how best to visualize data and tell a story
  • Building your knowledge (or leveraging existing knowledge) to deliver an incredible experience for HR business partners and business leaders 
  • Partnering closely with engineering
  • Working with counterparts in QA to review test cases and functionally test
  • Working directly with customers, sales, presales, customer success management, product marketing, and other teams close to Workday customers.
  • Run and provide insights and metrics on adoption, usage and customer health to product leadership
  • Gathering customer insights and infusing the learnings back into the organization and product area roadmaps
  • The product champion externally, and passionate voice of the customer internally.
  • Review, comment, follow-up, and target bug and enhancement requests.
  • Be a point of contact for key stakeholders such as services, production support, training, documentation, and sales support.
  • 5+ years Product Management experience in enterprise software
  • Solid understanding of and experience working in the HR/People Analytics or Employee Engagement space
  • Communication skills for collaborating with a wide set of interdependent teams
  • Data analysis / BI skills for building and analyzing infrastructure monitoring dashboards 
  • Prioritization and problem solving skills
  • Strong understanding of design thinking and product development process
  • Experience in one or more of the following functional areas: HR staffing, employee engagement, diversity, compensation, talent, learning and recruiting.
  • Ideally, some experience working at a SaaS company and/or in the analytics space
  • Experience with Workday 
  • Experience with Peakon, Glint, Qualtrics, Culture Amp, Tableau, Visier, Qlik, Oracle BI or Power BI
  • Highly collaborative, trusting & transparent, and excited about working with a team based in Prague and U.S. 
  • Able to provide leadership and guidance while not having all of the ideas
  • Able to communicate all perspectives, take responsibility for decisions, make tradeoffs and participate in a culture of knowledge sharing and transparency
