Sales Support Administrator

  • Track new business deals through-out the booking process, manage any issues or escalations along the process to a resolution to meet quarterly deadlines
  • Salesforce reporting on deals (from pipeline to won), making sure sales team have their new deals updated accurately each month for accurate forecasting (monthly, quarterly, and yearly)
  • Experience using salesforce system
  • Support other PM’s with the new project/order booking process
  • Ensure that all flagged projects are booked each month end.
  • Pricing support, Project reports
  • Utilization Forecasting Monthly for Ireland
  • Resource Broker – Work with aligned CDMs/Business Managers/Escalation Manger/ Resources to plan assignments to fulfil resource requests/ maximize utilization/ minimize bench Scheduling
  • Third Party (3P) Resources – Contract and PO Management
  • Manage 3P POs
  • Timesheets & Approvals
  • Checking backups
  • Invoices
  • Raise new PO’s for Contractors
