Our client, a global financial institution are seeking to hire a Compliance Risk Management Analyst to support the ICRM Ireland team within the wider global function of the business. This role will take ownership over requirements relating to data maintenance and records management oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participating in the design, development, delivery and maintenance of best-in-class Compliance programs, policies and practices for ICRM.
- Understanding the legal and regulatory requirements which affect the business in particular, their impact on data privacy and records management.
- Keeping abreast of regulatory changes, new regulations and internal policy changes in order to further identify new key risk areas.
- Reviewing materials to ensure compliance with various regulatory and legal requirements and to ensure compliance risks are appropriately identified and addressed.
- Overseeing the monitoring of adherence to Compliance Risk Policies and relevant procedures and preparation, editing, and maintenance of Compliance program related materials.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in similar industry, with a background in compliance, risk, legal or audit role – preferably in international financial institution.
- 3rd level degree in related discipline
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Strong communication skills both written and spoken
- Detail orientated with strong prioritization skills, with ability to manage multiple project deliverables.
- Knowledge of regulatory environment in Ireland is preferable
