6 month contract job
Our high profile client is looking for a test analyst for an initial 6 month contract based in Dublin city centre
Responsibilities:
- Produce structured test plans based on functional requirements
- Develop comprehensive test cases for System, UAT and Regression testing (both automated and manual)
- Creating, executing and recording the results of test cases
- Tracking of progress of test phase and reporting to Team Lead with regular updates.
- Raise & track defects, highlight potential risks
- Ensure quality standards are maintained at all times
- Develop process improvement initiatives
- Minimum 3-5 years QA and software testing experience
- Experience in testing Sales Support Systems, Mobile App Systems and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Experience in interrogating SQL server databases through the use of SQL queries is essential
- Exposure to test in a financial services environment
- Experience in testing on data driven projects
- Experience with bug and issue management tools applicable to this role including JIRA
- Experience with test case management tools including Test Rail
- ISTQB or similar related qualification desirable
- IT related qualification would be advantageous
