Job Purpose
Reporting to the IBU Strategy Director the role holder will be responsible for managing strategic projects within the IBU. They will be responsible for ensuring the alignment of key objectives and outcomes at the required pace, liaising with the Executive Sponsor (Group SLT member), the IBU Strategy Director, Senior Program Manager, external consultants, individual business sponsors and workstream leaders.
