Project Gemini is the Application and Infrastructure programme for Markets Technology. We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager, who can help us drive both the infrastructure and software transformation across the Markets technology. This includes not only moving to the cloud, but also enhancing our cybersecurity and technology controls as well as modernising our applications towards our on-prem solutions.
In this exciting role, successful candidate will also have the opportunity to contribute to the modernisation of the largest and most complex estate within CIB. This isn’t traditional PMO work, but rather an enablement function to help our teams deliver against their commitments. In this role, in addition to tracking and managing milestones, you will also be expected to get involved in the detail – working with development team to develop execution plans, and work through blockers and friction points alongside them.
