Role responsibilities:
- Help lead the product discovery phase of the process while working alongside the Chief Product Officer and the software development team.
- Study our product suite: product users, consumer insights, user trends, and user behaviours.
- Product own the user design process and all the moving pieces within it: research, content, UX, UX design, etc – product and designing new products and features from scratch.
- In our design process and tools help bring your ideas to our leadership team.
- Share your knowledge and best practices with the rest of the Product team.
- Work on all product visual design reflects the company
- 4-5+ years’ experience in Product Design working in software product-based company.
- Work in an agile/Scrum environment
- Experience in prototyping tools, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong knowledge of user-centred design. (UX Design skills)
- Be a strong communicator, comfortable presenting complex topics and decisions at all levels.
- You can source, interpret, and implement feedback and insights into your design decisions
