We are seeking a fantastic Product Manager with a passion for solving problems and product growth to join our Absence Management team, where in this role we expect you to become a key player in both strategy and execution for building upon the Workday Absence Management product's capabilities today. This Product Manager will be focused on understanding customer needs and evangelising opportunities to build upon Absence Management functionality today to support our customers' German workforces, as well as contribute to the success of the Workday Payroll for Germany product.
Ideally you’ll come with deep product or domain knowledge, an experienced product management background and are comfortable living in customer research and data-driven prioritisation and analysis. You’ll be expected to work hand-in-hand with scrum teams to define, design and develop the next generation features for Absence Management solutions in this German market. As a team, we operate under one goal of growing our product to be the premier global Absence Management solution and we expect this role to play a critical part in that growth story.
