Penetration Test Lead

ITContracting are currently seeking applicants for a Penetration Test Lead. This is a permanent role based with our client in Dublin South.

Your Role:

As a Penetration Test Lead your main responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:

  • Work with internal customers to determine scope and rules of engagement.
  • Conduct and/or support authorized penetration testing on enterprise network assets.
  • Create reports and recommendations from findings, include issues uncovered and levels of risk.
  • Collaborate with other internal and external partner organizations on target access and operational issues.
  • Create comprehensive exploitation strategies that identify exploitable technical or operational vulnerabilities.
  • Perform penetration testing as required for new or updated applications.

Experience: 3 years

Candidates must be eligible to work full time and long term in Ireland or currently hold a Stamp 4 Visa to apply.

Your Skills & Experience:

As a Penetration Test Lead your skills and qualifications will include:

  • 2-3 years planning and leading penetration tests.
  • Capacity to relate findings of penetration-tests to both executive and technical audiences.
  • Ability to coordinate cyber operations with other organization functions or support activities.
  • Ability to develop policy, plans, and strategy in compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and standards in support of organizational cyber activities.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as within a global group of contributors.
  • Ability to develop or recommend analytic approaches or solutions to problems and situations for which information is incomplete or for which no precedent exists.
  • Desire to learn
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • One or more of the following certifications: OSCP, OSWE, GPEN, GWAPT and/or GMOB
  • Solid programming/debugging skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply critical thinking to a variety of situations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
