Peakon Integrations Consultant - Customer Enablement Team GB

We are looking for a hardworking, innovative, and collaborative Technical (aka Integration) Consultant to join our team to work with our customers and the project teams to ensure successful implementation of our Peakon Employee Engagement Survey and Insights solution and other Workday products.

The ideal candidate for this position should have technical software skills and aptitude. They should be curious, detail-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented and able to successfully partner with customers and project team members. Be ready to learn, be challenged and have fun! In this role, you will:

  • Learn and master Peakon system integration capabilities
  • Setup and enable Peakon integration templates
  • Assist customers in using Peakon’s public Web Service APIs (Application Programming Interfaces)
  • Assist customers with setting up Peakon on their SSO (Single Sign On) application
  • Learn and master Workday HCM (Human Capital Mgmt) integration capabilities
  • Setup and enable HCM integration templates
  • Gather and understand customer business requirements
  • Analyze, design, build, test, deploy and document system integration solutions
  • Learn and understand Workday’s implementation methodology and use it on all customer projects
  • Work on multiple integration projects at the same time
  • Ensure the quality of our technical implementations
  • Provide regular status updates to your customer and project team mates and raise issues in a timely manner
  • Build reusable solutions and look for ways to gain efficiencies
  • Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants
  • 1+ years of software development, data migration, report or integration development
  • Experience implementing software packages
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at the same time
  • Basic project management skills (ability to define the What, Why, How, Where and When)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and desire to go above and beyond
  • Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through formal courses and self-training
