Our Workforce Product Management Product team is growing, and we're looking for an Outbound Product Manager to join us and support our continued success! This role promotes our Time Tracking and Absence products across a global community of customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you will effectively:
- Promote the value and benefits of Workday Time Tracking and Absence
- Engage with customers and prospects building long term relationships
- Support cross organizational activities and collaborate with sales, marketing, strategy, consulting services, support, development, and product management
- Create content to help internal, partner and customer ecosystems understand upcoming and new features
- Deliver in person, online and recorded roadmap presentations
- Elicit feedback on our products from sales, customers, and prospects to help validate and influence roadmap
- 5+ years of time management experience (product management, consulting, or industry experience) in the areas of absence, time tracking, or scheduling
- Enjoys conversations with customers and prospects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate customer needs to internal teams
- Demonstrated ability creating and delivering presentations online as well as in person
- Ability to configure and demo new functionality
- Flexibility to work across many different organizations
- Comfortable speaking with customers at every level of the organization, from the timekeeper to the CHRO
