We currently have an opening for a lead UX Designer to join a Dublin based client. This client is offering a hybrid role, suitable for experienced Senior UX Designers to step into a Lead role. You will need to have a proven record of creating and delivering enterprise platforms. You will have the chance to create and shape your team going forward. This is data driven role which will alllow you to be a company champion for UX.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the concept, direction and creation of UX Designs
- Work across multi-functional teams
- Lead workshops
- Take ownership of tasks.
- Own your entire UX process
- Mentoring Junior designers
- 8+ years experience In UX Design/Strategy
- Experience leading workshops
- High level portfolio showing entire UX journey
- Ability and experience to work with cross functional teams
- Previously worked in Agile environments.
- Excellent management experience
