- I am looking to speak with a junior IT Specialist to join a growing Cork based company expanding their operations.

Some responsibilities will include:
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks and telephone equipment.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving PC hardware issues.
- Resolve and/or replace faulty hardware
- Work with corporate network and system engineers to support local market environment.
- Setup and manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365.
- Hands-on experience and working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, and Microsoft Office.
- Networking experience preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Passion and skill to quickly investigate the root cause of a technical problem, understand why it happened, and prevent it in the future.
