Abrivia looking for a fluent German speaker to work in a IT Project Analyst role for the asset management and compliance division in a multinational tech company with offices in Dublin City. In this role you will be supporting the client in managing software and compliance reviews from notification stage through to conclusion. This role will invove auditing and will be working with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis. Full training will be provided and there will be lots of opportunities to progress in this role.
The Role:
- Running engagement and compliance reviews for end-to-end software asset management
- Working collaboratively with other departments and teams, to manage timeline, pipeline, and target achievements
- Development and maintenance of strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, while ensuring to prioritise customers
- Identification of potential risk that may impact customer engagement
- Management of data and documentation, archiving via SharePoint, and continuously updating multiple engagement opportunities in CRM
- Ensuring client policies and quality regulations are adhered.
- Producing and presenting reports to higher management.
- Fluent German and English (both written and verbal)
- Experience working in operations or project management role
- Experience working in IT infrastructure, software licensing, or software asset management
- Software licensing knowledge and understanding of commercial scale IT infrastructure
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team, experience dealing directly with stakeholder and customers
- Excellent communication and time management skills, ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent administration skills and CRM usage – documenting actions, risks, and issues
- Ability to manage busy desk and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
