A role has come available for a highly experienced individual, to join an expanding company in Galway as a level 2 IT Helpdesk Engineer.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Helpdesk Engineer to join a fast paced, modern company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, all while reporting to the helpdesk manager.
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience relating to Office PC's and server operating systems, Office 365 email, Printers, Network Software, Backup devices, internet connections etc.
- Experience with Exchange 2016 and O365 setup and administration.
- Experience in Active Directory and Citrix administration.
- Experience in Server Level troubleshooting.
- Backup Solutions experience such as VEEAM.
- Experience troubleshooting phone systems and videoconferencing systems.
- Working knowledge of networking concepts and technologies.
- Escalate non-standard problems and work with other support parties.
- Willing to travel across different sites as and when required.

- Third level Technical qualification preferred, or alternative.
- Microsoft MCP or CompTIA A+ Networking qualification.
- Min of 5 years IT support experience in a similar role.
