HR Business & Capability Partner - IOI Functions

  • Work with the HRD and partner with functional leadership teams to build robust multi-year talent plans to drive engagement and performance, including action orientated talent assessments, succession planning to future proof the business, rapid hiring of talent and the development of a strong pipeline of talent
  • Work with the HRD and partner with functional leadership teams to deliver the Organisation Effectiveness agenda translating the business strategy and creating possibilities that result in high performing structures, game changing organisational effectiveness and best in class cost efficiencies, pulling the levers of capability, process, ways of working, structure, culture, behaviours, leadership, talent to deliver these outcomes.
  • Support in developing the integrated talent and capability plan using internal and external analysis to ensure we have the right talent to deliver the ambitions of the organisation today and tomorrow
  • Partner with business stakeholders to build high performing teams, line managers and to create an environment which is clear on performance management putting in rigour, consistency, and discipline
  • Support the HRD in the transformational initiatives to drive cultural change and greater engagement
  • Continue to look for simplification and standardisation opportunities to deliver the agility required for future business performance
  • Drive a diversity agenda bespoke to each function, including gender hiring slates, agile working practices and through creating environments that are genuinely inclusive for all.
  • Work with Global Reward to ensure clear, simple reward and benefit frameworks  
  • Design and implement a total market capability strategy
  • Lead the development of a capability strategy, based on the market needs, external commercial trends & global insights
  • Develop the required capability training content in close collaboration with the Global L&D team and external agency partners (where required)
  • Drive the Leaders as Teachers Faculty to ensure all training interventions are executed brilliantly.
  • Partner with the business regarding the end to end logistics management of the training plan from communication pre-event, co-facilitating in certain instances during the events and following up and reviewing post event
  • Own the KPI setting and tracking of the capability results and ensure plans are adjusted to deliver the right performance output
  • Lead the consolidation of the overall market capability agenda (incl. other functional capabilities, product deployments, leadership & personal capabilities) and drive engagement in market
  • Previous HRBP experience will be a distinct advantage. 
  • You will have a solid background in at least one HR discipline, where you will have already proven your ability to shape and deliver organisational effectiveness and change with confidence.
  • Ability to use HR data and analytics to diagnose trends and link to business performance outcomes
  • Understanding of design principles and how they influence organisational design,
  • Understand what drives value for the business area you support and put effective interventions/recommendations in place to enable this
  • Change and project management skills
  • Advanced coaching and influencing skills
  • Strong commercial understanding as well as possesses an internal and external radar that helps understand what will impact the business now and, in the future,
  • Talent management experience and excellent talent judgement – ability to assess talent gaps, and suggest actions needed to strengthen the talent bench
  • Have a good understanding of HR processes and process improvement
  • Experience in working successfully with stakeholders - influencing, supporting, and challenging
  • Strong facilitation skills: comfortable delivering & facilitating content to large groups
  • Ability to influence and manage stakeholders across the organisation, from Global L&D team, external agency partners to market teams
