Reporting to the Financial Controller (HR Lead in the interim), this role will be responsible for HR admin, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and contributing to fostering a people-first culture at Dogpatch Labs. - Knowledge of full recruitment life cycle is a must (Talent Sourcing, Talent Strategy, Interview Planning, Logistics, Recruitment Software and CRM Management)
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment law
- Must have at least 1-2 years experience in a fast paced HR role
- Experience and competence with Google docs, sheets and slides.
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Accuracy, attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Excellent planning, organising and coordinating skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, high level of energy and a positive can-do attitude
- HR qualification desirable
