Help us expand our product offering to better support EMEA customers by deepening Workday’s product capabilities - in particular supporting Workday’s German and French payroll product with new HCM localizations.
As a Product Manager, you will work with customers to understand their needs, interact with engineers to bring the product to life, and learn the latest technologies to drive innovation at Workday. You will influence the product strategy and roadmap and manage features throughout their lifecycle from design, development, testing, delivery and adoption.
About the Role
- Manages multiple strategic programs and projects; delivers on key milestones
- Evaluate customer, competitive and market data to understand the market dynamics
- Develop and articulate a product strategy and roadmap to meet the market needs.
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Enthusiastic customer advocate, represent needs fairly and accurately to provide the best value
- High accountability for aligning stakeholders and delivering on the product vision
- Ability to empathetically collaborate and build trust with diverse groups such as customers, developers, consultants and sales
- Experience with data, analytical skills - off-the-charts written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time and priority management, and organisational skills
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies
