Main Responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities:
• Collaborate effectively with team leaders and senior engineers to assist on customer related queries.
• Participate in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, as required.
• Provide assistance to IT engineers and support team as needed to troubleshoot issues.
• Provide input and assistance to the continuous improvement initiatives as required.
• Operate within the Company processes and procedures at all times.
Interpersonal Responsibilities:
• Actively contribute to a positive working environment within your team.
• Ability to have a positive impact on others and communicate openly and freely.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to “getting things done”, accountability & ownership and the ability to prioritise your own workload.
Required Skills
• BSc in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent from a third level institution
• Ability to work as part of a team in a project based environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
