As the Engineering Lead for the Cloud Transition Pipeline Tooling team, you will lead a group of engineers to deliver new features to the existing Insurance Suite pipeline tooling and help build on the roadmap of cloud transition assessment needs to assess and digest information about our customers configurations moving to the cloud.
You will be a lead of new tooling that enables our Assessment and Transition Specialist teams to deliver seamless upgrades/transitions for our customers and prepares the customer projects for success.
You will mentor developers in the team on best practices for design and development of features and ensure the correct coding processes for review are followed. You will advocate for documenting design and spike discussions and ensure everyone involved in the feature delivery is on the same page.
You will need to co-ordinate between other engineering teams and help report status for the your team's work to the engineering manager and pro-actively seek their advice on design and roadmap direction.
You will be responsible for the release of updates to the pipeline assessment application and delivering new features and functionality to allow our wider CTP teams get a picture of what is involved in their transition efforts.
One of our principles in CTP is to have fun while we deliver so this role will need to keep the development process fun and engaging for the team in collaboration with the Engineering Manager and other Engineering Leads.
Given the dynamic nature of the work in the CTP team, we are looking for decisive, highly-skilled technical problem solvers who can bring their array of experience working in previous Engineering roles with focus on automation and tooling.
