Atos IT Solutions & Services Ireland is a provider of IT Managed Services and Systems Integration Services. As a Desk Side Engineer, you will work within Onsite Support Services (OSS), a sub tower within WSDS (Workplace Service Desk Services). There is strong potential for career progression across Managed Services. We are looking for candidates with conceptual thinking, able to acquire understanding of the underlying issues in sophisticated problems or situations. The position requires taking account of new information or changed circumstances and modifying understanding of a problem or situation accordingly and using innovative approaches to problem solving. Part of the role includes checking progress against targets, reporting as vital and taking action to resolve exceptions.
