CRM Administrator

The CRM Administrator is responsible for driving adoption, improving existing processes and deploying new business processes on Hubspot, in order to improve KPIs and drive growth at Phorest. 

The role will collaborate with business functional leaders, integrators, and security teams to ensure the effective compliance and delivery of solutions while simultaneously organising and leading the ongoing roadmap for our HubSpot deployment throughout multiple marketing and sales functions. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, dynamic problem solver who is committed to learning and personal development, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. 

  • 3+ years of experience gathering requirements, implementing, and managing HubSpot, Salesforce.com experience a plus. 
  • HubSpot Sales, HubSpot Marketing Software, Service Hub certifications preferred .
  • Strong understanding of the Hubspot platform, with the ability to build custom objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
  • Successful track record of business analysis support for cross-functional teams, able to compile and digest data to help team members and executives focus on the material takeaways.
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and find solutions independently in a timely manner.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with G Suite, with a high degree of proficiency in Excel / Sheets.  
  • Familiarity with SQL for lightweight data cleanup in HubSpot tools, and to write requirements for database administration, a plus.
  • Detail oriented, self-directed, and likes to multi-task in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
  • Able to communicate conceptual ideas clearly and effectively
  • Ability to contribute individually and accomplish projects with little supervision.
  • Strong project and time management skills; comfortable with frequent change and short lead times
  • Strategic thinker who is also willing to roll up their sleeves and execute the details
