- 6+ years’ experience in roles that involve web or content management
- Bachelor’s degree in relatable field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Advanced writing and online content development skills with ability to create content that is compelling, simple to understand and meets the needs of the audience
- Advanced presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional user of Microsoft Office tools
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-pace, collaborative environment
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Demonstrates initiative, flexibility and follow-through
- Attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills
