We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our growing IT Product Management team. In this role you will partner cross-functionally with internal Sales and Marketing teams to support our Go to Customer organization. This can include working to mold internal team goals all the way through the release of new functionality and enhancements in Enterprise IT systems. This highly visible role at Rapid7 involves setting our Global Sales and Marketing teams up for success as we create a more secure future for all of our Customers.
The team needs an experienced professional to partner closely with leaders from the Sales, Marketing and Commercialization organizations. The ideal candidate is someone who can build meaningful partnerships with internal stakeholders by understanding their needs and creating solutions together. This person is comfortable with problem solving, leading analysis of business problems and presenting findings. They have experience in building solutions, and stay current in industry trends for Go to Customer organizations.
Responsibilities:
Drive efficient and effective stakeholder management and relationships
Work with key stakeholders to document current state, and build future state
Communicate appropriate and timely status updates to direct manager & project manager
Use Agile to efficiently manage workload
Pair with Stakeholders to write user stories deliver on Stakeholder's larger goals
Pair with Delivery team to provide enhancements and updates to our systems
Focus on delivering iterable pieces of work
Critique current systems and processes in order to ensure we are providing best in class results
3+ years of experience with enterprise IT technology
Working knowledge and experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ
Strong communication and relationship skills
Able to multitask
Experience with Scrum
Desire to bring fresh ideas on how technology can be used to solve big problems
The ability to support company wide initiatives through business analysis
