Business Analyst

This is an IT role within Commercial Business Solutions Team, which supports Kellogg’s Sales and Marketing departments’ agendas from an IT perspective.

This Role Includes

  • Supporting the IT Marketing Business Partner in the management of the digital portfolio - project managing all new websites and ensuring smooth delivery across all consumer and customer facing websites.
  • Providing support to our Digital Managers and Agencies as they design, build and deploy consumer and customer facing digital assets leveraging the global digital environment at Kellogg.
  • Review and approve technical design specifications based on business requirements.
  • Advise Digital Managers on the technology components of the proposed Agency solution.
  • Direct Agencies and internal stakeholders on Kellogg Digital Marketing IT Security governance and policies - e.g. consumer data management, IT security approval for vendors, Security and Performance Testing etc.
  • Work with Digital Managers, Consumer Affairs and Agencies to resolve any operational issues and incidents.

As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Information Technology, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/IT or a related field;
  • Digital Marketing IT background – this is an IT role supporting Marketing and Sales
  • Ability to assess a situation and use logical thinking to reach a solution, to understand commercial strategies and advise on potential solutions
  • Digital Marketing Information Technology Management Skills/Knowledge:
    • Web and digital marketing technologies – Adobe CQ/AEM, .NET an advantage
    • Experience in collaboration and web development tools, project management tools and social media solutions
  • Professional Skills and Competencies:
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Project management experience
    • Experience of working in a fast paced, cross functional environment with tight turnaround times for deliverables;
    • Strong communication skills - ability to communicate effectively with anyone in any environment, both technical and non-technical
    • Working with a local and remote team, as well as with external agencies
