We are looking for a Business Analyst for our technical requirements/tenders/bids management processes. The ideal candidate will have a profile at the border between business analysis and technical analysis. His/her role will be mainly to collect information, summarize it and draft the call(s) for tenders. He/she shall be knowledgeable in existing solutions covering the domains expressed above, and shall have experience in drafting technical part of call for tenders. He/she shall be able to get support from his/her organization in order to get guidance, benchmarking, and best practices. He/she shall be able to structure and organize workshops, and provide arguments based on facts or experience in order to reach consensus.
We are looking for a Business Analyst for our tender management processes. Your role will be to respond to tender applications, collect information, summaries it and draft the tender responses.
A day on the life of a Business Analyst:
- Track tender websites to identify and coordinate business opportunities.
- Collate information and prepare tender responses
- Work closely and collaboratively with Sales, Marketing and other stakeholders to execute timely tender submissions.
- Analyse terms and conditions and coordinate negotiations.
- Maintain records.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor bid sites daily for the identification of potential business opportunities for Smarttech247
- Prepare, organise and maintain tender records and files.
- Lead tender response process.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload and meet critical deadlines.
- Respond to general tender requirements using standard language and content.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to update and develop tender content for general responses
- Support information requests (i.e for business reviews, pre-tender support, etc.)

- Fluency in English (must)
- Proven experience drafting technical tender response
- Knowledge of IT security is a plus
- Proof of experience with typical corporate processes through projects, business analysis, process review
- Ability to deliver recommendation and guidance on relevant market best practices
- Ability to get consensus (conducting workshops, presentation skills)
- Ability to deliver relevant support (benchmarking, market trends)
