Keep up-to-date with developments in SAAS, Cloud and associated technologies and the customer and supplier market places. Some Pre-Sales and post sales engagement process with the clients.
Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar technical leadership role. Leadership experience and proven track record of managing people.
Extensive experience with large scale software development and modern software architectures.
Experience working across different stages of the IT sourcing life cycle including requirements gathering, evaluation, software development, commercial assessment, and negotiation.
Excellent communicator, ability to collaborate and integrate teams around a common mission.
Experience in scaling software teams and managing across the full software development lifecycle from new product development through to running highly scaled mission critical production solutions.
Proven Track Record in shaping and delivering software for technology-enabled transformation programmes. Experience working in a SAAS company an advantage. Experience working in a start up a major advantage.
Strong understanding of emerging and innovative technologies, and how to shape IT strategy and delivery in order to leverage those technologies. Develop and own company standards/policies around opensource, security and compliance.
Experience in scaling software teams and managing across the full software development lifecycle from new product development through to running highly scaled mission critical production solutions.
