Senior Web UI Developer (Angular) 6-18 Months. My client a leading global firm is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Senior Web UI Developer to join them on a contract for 6-18 Months.

My client platform is a data-intensive, web-based application used to monitor the firms globally used electronic trading algorithms. They are looking for a talented senior web UI developer to work in the Electronic Trading Risk Technology team. The developer should be interested in building cutting edge web UI solutions within one of the most interesting parts of one of the world's largest firms. You will be expected to develop and test high quality code, based on designs and requirements that you have helped to shape with your team mates. You will participate in buddy testing and reviews of your team mates' code and help to plan future deliveries. You will be intimately involved in reviewing your team's performance and working on ways to continuously improve the team.

You will have comprehensive knowledge of UX and responsive UI design with an emphasis on intuitive design. You have an ability to write cross-browser and standards compliant code that meets flexibility, scalability and performance requirements. You will be highly skilled at front-end engineering using a modern client-side technology stack that can include: Angular 2 - 10, CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less). Complimentary skills: Node, webpack, HTML5, Jest, unit/integration testing. It would be seen as advantageous if you had experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible, Experience with Python/Django/MSSQL Server and experience working with high data throughput systems.
