WEB CONVERSION OPTIMISATION EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a passionate digital marketing executive to join the Global Web Conversion Optimisation team at Sage. In this role you will support the implementation of a data driven & scalable web personalisation strategy across our primary web destination, www.sage.com, globally. You thrive in collaborative, fast paced environments working together with colleagues to launch, scale & optimise digital experiences that delight visitors and drive increased site conversion rates. You will support the regional businesses in achieving their commercial objectives through relentless focus on conversion uplift programmes that drive the evolution of the website and provide truly personalised & dynamic experiences for our small & medium business prospects & customers. All optimisation programmes will be grounded in data, analysis and insight to maximise return on all integrated (Organic and Paid) marketing investment delivering required leads across form submissions, products trials, products demos and e-commerce transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
•Execute a global roadmap for personalisation based on our personalisation strategy.
•Execute personalisation experiences within Maxymiser.
•Communicate performance and status of personalised experience with global and local stakeholders.
•Champion personalisation across the Sage business.
•Act as a key team member in building hypothesis to champion a data-driven, test and learn approach to personalising the customer journey and user experiences.
•Develop core relationships within the global and regional teams with regular communication on personalisation roadmaps, opportunities, and performance.

Skills, know-how and experience - Must have:
•Min 3 years’ experience managing web optimisation programs including the implementation of personalised experiences.
•Hands on experience with optimisation tools such as, Maxymiser, Optimizely, Adobe Target
•Excellent communicator who can build strong relationships with stakeholders
•Experience developing and delivering on data driven roadmaps.
•Experience delivering complex dynamic experiences to visitors based on traffic sources, digital body language, firmographic information, and other key data points.
•Strong attention to detail
•Excellent ability to manage multiple projects on the go
Technical / professional qualifications:
•A degree in Business, Marketing
