As a UX/UI Designer at Deloitte Digital, you will be working on projects in a collaborative team environment, following Design Thinking and Human-Centred Design principles to create meaningful solutions for our clients and their employees, users and customers.

• You are a world class designer with a portfolio to match
• You are a self-starter who loves to collaborate with your team and clients
• You can design research activities using a variety of techniques (e.g. in depth interviews, usability testing, analytics, remote research methods)
• You can distil complicated problems into simple and elegant solutions
• You can think through user problems, find solutions that work, visualise them in detail and help developers build them
• You are a creative visual thinker with an exacting eye for pixel perfect detail and a refined sense of aesthetics
• You understand the technical limitations and possibilities behind your decisions and can effectively communicate your ideas to developers
• You can rapidly iterate designs in an agile environment
• You want to use UX to make the digital world a better, more intuitive place to be

• 3+ years’ experience of digital interface design in a client facing environment
• Knowledge of UX/UI Design
• Creative thinking, paired with strong analytical ability
• Expert design skills
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Strong team player
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud product suite, Sketch and Invision
• Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS
• Qualification in design or related discipline
